What is zuos tools’s return policy?
Most purchases (including purchases made at brick-and-mortar locations and Choose What You Pay purchases made online) may be returned within 90 days.
Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Note: All returned items must be unaltered and include any original packaging, including all tags the item came with. If you have already cut the straps to adjust the length or the outsole was worn, you will no longer be able to return them.
How do I start a return?
To request a return, simply navigate to Orders & Returns while logged into the site, select the items from the order you’re shipping back and why, then choosing the type of refund you’d like (refund to your original payment or store credit).
For first time return will be free. After first time return, we will deduct $6 to cover shipping and restocking. Refunds may only be issued to PayPal or credit card account used to make the original purchase. Once that’s completed, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label with return instructions.
What is zuos tools’s exchange policy?
We aren’t able to offer automatic exchanges right now, so instead, we provide a combination of free returns, free shipping, and store credit for all U.S. orders to make sure you receive the correct size.

What if my item is damaged, defective or incorrect?
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact support@zuos tools.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take care of you!
About Orders&Shippings
Can I change/cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, we can’t edit the address you’ve entered or the items within the order. But orders are cancelable for an hour after they are placed.
If you have a zuos tools account, click “Cancel Order” on your My Orders page before placing a new one. If you don’t see a link, our warehouse is already packing up your shipment so we cannot cancel or change it in any way.

How much does shipping cost?
All of our standard U.S shipping is free.
What are zuos tools’s shipping methods and How long do they take?
We process all orders within 1–2 business days.
Within the continental U.S. this takes 3–10 business days, while shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/DPO sites takes 2–4 weeks.
Standard U.S. shipping takes between 3-5 business days. (Free shipping)
Express U.S. shipping takes 2-3 business days. (Additional charge $2)

What forms of payment do zuos tools take?
We accept payments via PayPal, also payments from Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express as well as debit cards from over 50 countries. We currently do not accept prepaid Visa, Mastercard, or American Express Giftcards.
Where does zuos tools ship?
For now, we only ship to the US, Canada, and Mexico. If you’re looking to ship elsewhere around the world, we’ve found that comGatewayoffers an effective workaround. Please note: Because comGateway is third-party forwarders, shipping with them is at your own risk. We are not responsible for shipments lost after delivery to your forwarding address.
If you need help locating a package after we’ve handed it off to comGateway, please contact their support teams. We also do not cover the cost of return shipping internationally.
Where is my order?
For all shipped packages, we’ll send you the tracking number in an email (you can also find the info on your My Orders page). If you want to change the address or simply learn the whereabouts of your order you can contact the carrier. Please send us email support@zuos tools.com for details.
How long before my order ships?
All in-stock orders (both standard and expedited) are processed within 1-2 business days.
Note: if you place an order after 12pm PST on a Friday, your order may not be shipped until the following Monday.
